MAÎTRISE Atelier: an AI-powered operations system for restaurants

MAÎTRISE Atelier is not a QR menu. It is a business interaction system, designed and built from scratch by The Asylum, connecting the guest experience, staff workflow, management visibility, AI-assisted content generation, and analytics. The restaurant is the first use case. The logic is larger.

The principle: AI behind the curtain

Most hospitality tech puts a chatbot in front of the guest. We did the opposite. In MAÎTRISE Atelier, artificial intelligence never speaks to the visitor. Instead, it removes work from the people who serve them:

The interaction space

Under the surface, MAÎTRISE Atelier is an interaction architecture between three roles: the company's customer, the company's staff, and the company's management. Each role gets its own surface — guest session, floor-sync live view, management panel — and all three stay synchronized in real time.

This is why we see the system as more than restaurant software. The same architecture — customer touchpoint, staff tooling, management intelligence, with AI doing invisible work between them — adapts to any service business where customers, staff, management, content, and data need to work together: boutique hotels, clinics, salons, private practices, education centers, premium retail, consulting firms. The deeper product is a controlled digital interaction layer. The system does not turn the business into a chatbot. It gives the business a brain behind the walls.

See it live

The system runs as a public demonstration: explore the MAÎTRISE Atelier live demo, including the management panel and a full restaurant-visit simulation with session-aware QR codes.
